Staining of 3-day unstimulated (left) and 3-day Anti-Mouse IgM and CD40 antibody stimulated (right) BALB/c splenocytes with 0.5 ug of Rat IgG2a kappa Isotype Control (PE) (open histogram) or 0.5 ug of 4-1BB LigPE antibody (filled histogram). Total viable cells were used for analysis.
