Application Notes for anti-Wee1 antibody

Western blot analysis (0.5-4 ug/ml) and in in immunoprecipitation (5-10 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The affinity-purified rabbit antibody recognizes Wee1 protein from human, mouse and rat samples. Mouse small intestine tissue lysate can be used as a positive control
