Application Notes for anti-cAMP antibody
1:50 dilutions for nonradioactive EIA assays (10 ul/assay in an 70 ul assay reaction). The material is sufficient for performing 500 nonradioactive EIA assays or 6,000 radioactive assays. Detect 1-100 fmol/assay in a 70 ul assay reaction using nonradioactive method. Refer to the cAMP Assay Kit (K371-100) for detailed assay protocol.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-cAMP antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
