DFF40 Antibody – Rabbit Polyclonal

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Catalog #: MBS841333

Background: DFF is composed of two subunits: DFF40/CAD and DFF45/ICAD. Human DFF45 and its mouse homologue ICAD are the inhibitors of DFF40 and CAD, respectively. Cleavage of DFF45, which is mediated by caspase-3, leads to DFF40's activation as a nuclease.… More details

Western blotting (0.5-4 ug/ml) and Immunohistochemistry (2-8 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody detects a 43 kDa DFF40/CAD of human, mouse and rat origins. Mouse kidney tissue lysate can be used as a positive control.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-DFF40 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
