Solubility/Reconstitution Instructions
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex. This solution can be stored at 2-8 degree C for up to 1 week. For extended storage, it is recommended to further dilute in a buffer containing a carrier protein (example 0.1% BSA) and store in working aliquots at -20 degree C to -80 degree C.
Endotoxin Level
< 0.1 ng/mug of protein (<1EU/mug).
Activity (Specifications/test method)
The sDLL-4, when immobilized at concentrations > 1.5 mug/mL will inhibit myogenesis in C2C12 cells.
Biological Activity
The sDLL-4, when immobilized at concentrations > 1.5 mug/mL will inhibit myogenesis in C2C12 cells.
Handling
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
Applications Tested/Suitable for DLL-4 active protein
SDS-PAGE; HPLC

Other Notes

Small volumes of DLL-4 active protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
