Active Protein Note
Protein activity can be an ambiguous term. Please refer to the data sheet or inquire with Technical Support to determine the definition of activity for this product.
Solubility/Reconstitution Instructions
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile PBS, pH 7.4 to a concentration of 50 ug/ml. Do not vortex. This solution can be stored at 2-8 degree C for up to 1 month. For extended storage, it is recommended to store at -20 degree C.
Endotoxin Level
<1 EU/mug by LAL method
Biological Activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Human IL?19 protein is present at 0.2 ug/mL, the concentration of rhIL20RB Fc Chimera that produces 50% of the optimal binding response is approximately 5?50 ng/ml.
