CIDE-B Antibody – Rabbit Polyclonal

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Catalog #: MBS221605

MBS221605 recognises murine CIDE-B (cell death inducing DFF-like effector A), a protein with homology to the N-terminal region of DFF45 (ICAD). CIDE-B expression has been reported to induce apoptosis in mammalian cells, which is inhibited by DFF45. MBS221605… More details

Specificity
This item recognises murine CIDE-B (cell death inducing DFF-like effector A), a protein with homology to the N-terminal region of DFF45 (ICAD). CIDE-B expression has been reported to induce apoptosis in mammalian cells, which is inhibited by DFF45. This item recognises an epitope within the C-terminal region of CIDE-B and does not cross react with CIDE-A.
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C or at -20 degree C if preferred. This product should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
