Human: subpopulation of human macrophages, monocytes and granulocytes. Peripheral blood monocytes express the antigen extra- and intracellularly. Neutrophiles only express the antigen intracellularly. Crossreacts with Rhesus monkey subpopulation of macrophages.
Preparation and Storage
Store lyophilized product at 2-8 degree C. After reconstitution, store at -20 degree C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
