Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 64000.
Western Blot: Approx 80kDa band observed in Human Pancreas, and 75kDa observed in Mouse Pancreas lysates (calculated MW of 80.8kDa according to Human NP_602298.2) and 80.5kDa accodring to Mouse NP_599252.2. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml.

Western Blot (WB) of anti-SLC26A6 antibody

(0.1ug/ml) staining of Human Pancreas lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
