Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 128000.
Western Blot: Approx 400kDa band observed in Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 395kDa according to NP_055806.2). Data obtained from anonymous customer. The lower molecular weight bands are non-specific. We call for caution when used for other assays than Western blot. Recommended concentration: 4-6ug/ml.

Western Blot (WB) of anti-WDFY3 antibody

(5ug/ml) staining of Mouse Brain lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

NCBI Summary for WDFY3

This gene encodes a phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate-binding protein that functions as a master conductor for aggregate clearance by autophagy. This protein shuttles from the nuclear membrane to colocalize with aggregated proteins, where it complexes with other autophagic components to achieve macroautophagy-mediated clearance of these aggregated proteins. However, it is not necessary for starvation-induced macroautophagy. [provided by RefSeq, May 2010]
