Western Blot (WB) of anti-STRN3 antibody

Mouse Anti-STRN3 Monoclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS435085

Immunoprecipitation (IP) of anti-STRN3 antibody

STRN3(444) was immunopre-cipitated from 1mg of Jurkat cells membrane fraction, blotted with M25082 of 10 ug. Western blot was performed from the immunopre-cipitate using M25082 at 1/1000 dilution. Anti-Mouse-IgG(HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG, was used as secondary antibody at 1/10000 dilution. Lane 1: Jurkat cells membrane fraction. Lane2: IP product of Jurkat cells membrane fraction.

Predicted band size : 87 KDa
Observed band size : 87 KDa

Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration:5% milk/TBST.
Mouse Anti-STRN3 Monoclonal Antibody, Immunoprecipitation (IP) – Cat# MBS435085

Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) of anti-STRN3 antibody

Flow cytometric analysis of 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia cells from peripheral blood) cells labeling STRN3(444) with M25082 at 1/200 dilution (red) compared with a mouse monoclonal IgG isotype control (blue) and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody, green). Goat anti-mouse IgG (FITC) at 1/300 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-STRN3 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
