In Vitro

In colon cancer rats, Hexahydrocurcumin (50mg/kg; oral administration; daily; for 16 weeks; male Wistar rats) treatment,significantly reduces the numbers of aberrant crypt foci. Hexahydrocurcumin also markedly decreases COX-2 protein expression [3].
