Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Labeled with Biotin. Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per mouse IgG molecule.

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes rabbit IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rat Serum, rabbit IgG and rabbit serum. No reaction was observed against human, goat and mouse serum proteins.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Suitable for Immunoblot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications not tested
Dilution: ELISA: 1:12,000 to 1:52,000. Assayed against 1ug raggit IgG in a standard ELISA with ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
