Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Application Notes for anti-Acidic Hair Keratin, K37 antibody
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:200. For enhancement of cortex staining, preincubate fixed sections with Triton X-100 (in PBS) for 1-5 minutes prior to first antibody incubation step.
Western Blot (ECL): 1:2000 Incubate for 1 hour at RT.

If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
