Testing Data of anti-ATG3 antibody

Confocal microscopy on IF detected ATG3 in cytospin-isolated human white blood cells using MBS618761, dilution of 1:100, incubated for 1h at RT. Cells stained for ATG3 appear red. Cells were counter stained with Hoechst Dye(blue colour). (Merged picture is presented). More info on staining:-Fixation:In acetone for 90 seconds. AB dilutions: MBS618761 diluted 1:100, incubated for 1h, washed 3x, and the secondary was incubated for 30min. Magnification 80X. No staining was observed using Pre-immunisation serum. No staining was observed in HL60 cell line using MBS618761
