Clone Note
Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant human Lp-PLA2.
Note
We recommend to replace bovine serum albumin (BSA) with 1% casein as a buffer component or to use blocking agent in Lp-PLA2 immunoassay.
Blocking of the immunoassay plates with casein is needed to prevent non-specific binding of Lp-PLA2 to the plate surface.
