Il-12/P70 (Interleukin 12/P70) (IL-12/p70) ELISA Kit

This immunoassay kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Canine IL-12/p70 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids.
This kit was based on sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Anti-canine IL-12/p70 antibody was pre-coated into 96-well plates. Biotin conjugated anti-canine IL-12/p70 detection antibody was used. Standards, test samples and biotin conjugated detection antibody were added to the wells subsequently. Wash buffer was used to wash any non-specific binding. HRP conjugated Streptavidin was used as secondary antibody. TMB substrates were used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the canine IL-12/p70 amount of samples captured in the plate. Optical Density (O.D) can be read at absorbance 450nm in a microplate reader. Concentration of Canine IL-12/p70 can be calculated using the standard curve.

Small volumes of IL-12/p70 elisa kit vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
