Application Notes for anti-IL5 antibody
Research Application(s): ELISA: The JES1-5A10 monoclonal antibody is useful as a detection or capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying human IL-5 protein levels.1-5 Biotinylated JES1-5A10 antibody should be paired with purified JES1-39D10 antibody as the capture antibody, with purified recombinant human IL-5 as the standard. Or, conversely, purified JES1-5A10 antibody may be paired with Biotinylated JES1-39D10 as the detection antibody.
Since applications vary, each investigator should determine the optimal concentration appropriate for individual applications.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IL5 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
