Proteases (also called Proteolytic Enzymes, Peptidases, or Proteinases) are enzymes that hydrolyze the amide bonds within proteins or peptides. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
