Application Notes for anti-RAPGEF3 antibody
WB (1/500 - 1/1000), IF/ICC (1/100 - 1/500)

Western Blot (WB) of anti-RAPGEF3 antibody

Western blot analysis of EPAC1 expression in A549 (A), SP2/0 (B), H9C2 (C) whole cell lysates.
Rabbit Anti-RAPGEF3 Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS821480

Immunofluorescence (IF) of anti-RAPGEF3 antibody

Immunofluorescent analysis of EPAC1 staining in A549 cells. Formalin-fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4 °C in a humidified chamber. Cells were washed with PBST and incubated with a DyLight 594-conjugated secondary antibody (red) in PBS at room temperature in the dark. DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-RAPGEF3 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
