Western Blot (WB) of anti-ADCY9 antibody

Western blot analysis of Adenylate Cyclase 9 expression in HeLa (A), SP2/0 (B), H9C2 (C) whole cell lysates.
Rabbit Anti-ADCY9 Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS822184

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-ADCY9 antibody

Immunohistochemical analysis of Adenylate Cyclase 9 staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
Rabbit Anti-ADCY9 Polyclonal Antibody, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) – Cat# MBS822184

Immunofluorescence (IF) of anti-ADCY9 antibody

Immunofluorescent analysis of Adenylate Cyclase 9 staining in HeLa cells. Formalin-fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4 °C in a humidified chamber. Cells were washed with PBST and incubated with a DyLight 594-conjugated secondary antibody (red) in PBS at room temperature in the dark. DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-ADCY9 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

NCBI Summary for ADCY9

Adenylate cyclase is a membrane bound enzyme that catalyses the formation of cyclic AMP from ATP. It is regulated by a family of G protein-coupled receptors, protein kinases, and calcium. The type 9 adenylyl cyclase is a widely distributed adenylyl cyclase, and it is stimulated by beta-adrenergic receptor activation but is insensitive to forskolin, calcium, and somatostatin.
