WB (1/500 - 1/1000), IHC (1/100 - 1/200)

Western Blot (WB) of anti-KLF10 antibody

Western blot analysis of KLF10/11 expression in HEK293T (A), Raw264.7 (B), PC12 (C) whole cell lysates.
Rabbit Anti-KLF10 Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS826859

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-KLF10 antibody

Immunohistochemical analysis of KLF10/11 staining in human prostate cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-KLF10 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

NCBI Summary for KLF10

This gene encodes a member of a family of proteins that feature C2H2-type zinc finger domains. The encoded protein is a transcriptional repressor that acts as an effector of transforming growth factor beta signaling. Activity of this protein may inhibit the growth of cancers, particularly pancreatic cancer. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2013]
