Application Notes for anti-NIF1 antibody
Western blotting (1:500 - 1:2500) and Immunoprecipitation. HeLa and NIH3T3 cell lysates can be used as positive controls. However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. The antibody recognizes the NIF1 of human and mouse origins. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.

Small volumes of anti-NIF1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
