Anticancer agent 101 (compound 2m; 24 and 48 h) exhibited antitumor activity, with IC50 values of 20.5uM for Colo-205 cells and 62.9uM for HepG2 cells [1]. At concentrations of 25uM and 50uM over 24 hours, Anticancer agent 101 decreased the expression of apoptotic proteins PI3K and FoXO3a, while upregulating the levels of PTEN and FoXO1 in Colo-205 cells.
