DOTA-LM3 TFA

DOTA-LM3 TFA is a somatostatin receptor (SSTR) antagonist with the molecular structure p-Cl-Phe-cyclo(D-Cys-Tyr-D-4-amino-Phe(carbamoyl)-Lys-Thr-Cys)D-Tyr-NH2. It is effectively used in tracing tumors in vivo through isotopic labeling, examples being 177Lu-DOTA-LM3 TFA and 68Ga-DOTA-LM3 TFA. The 68Ga-labeled compound demonstrates favorable biodistribution, high tumor uptake, good tumor retention, and minimal safety concerns. Meanwhile, the 177Lu-labeled variant is utilized in research targeting DOTATOC-negative liver metastases such as pancreatic NET and extensive tumor thrombosis.

Small volumes of DOTA-LM3 biochemical vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
