Application Notes for PDCL3 blocking peptide
The peptide is used for blocking the activity of PDCL3 Antibody. It usually blocks the antibody activity completely by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37 degree C.

Other Notes

Small volumes of PDCL3 blocking peptide vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

NCBI Summary for PDCL3

This gene encodes a member of the phosducin-like protein family and is a putative modulator of heterotrimeric G proteins. The protein shares extensive amino acid sequence homology with phosducin. Members of the phosducin-like protein family have been shown to bind to the beta-gamma subunits of G proteins. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
