Benefits
The Quick ELISA kits, assay takes less than 1.5 hours. Detect Human CD200 with <10pg/ml sensitivity. Format: 96-well plate with removable strips.
This is a TMB colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit with short assay time and quick experiment set up.
Principle
Human CD200 Pre-Coated ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is a solid phase immunoassay specially designed to measure Human CD200 with a 96-well strip plate that is pre-coated with mouse monoclonal antibody specific for CD200. The detection antibody is a HRP linked goat polyclonal antibody processed by a proprietary method. The kit contains recombinant Human CD200 with immunogen: Expression system for standard: NS0; Immunogen sequence: Q31-G232. The kit is analytically validated with ready to use reagents.

To measure Human CD200, add standards and samples to the wells, then add HRP linked detection antibody. Wash the wells with PBS or TBS buffer, and add TMB. TMB is substrate to HRP and will be catalyzed to produce a blue color product, which changes into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of the yellow product is linearly proportional to Human CD200 in the sample. Read the density of the yellow product in each well using a plate reader, and benchmark the sample wells' readings against the standard curve to determine the concentration of Human CD200 in the sample.

Other Notes

Small volumes of CD200 elisa kit vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

MBS1753945 is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the CD200, ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing CD200. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS1753945 kit is based on CD200 antibody-CD200 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect CD200 antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, not recombinant, CD200. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

NCBI Summary for CD200

This gene encodes a type I membrane glycoprotein containing two extracellular immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane and a cytoplasmic domain. This gene is expressed by various cell types, including B cells, a subset of T cells, thymocytes, endothelial cells, and neurons. The encoded protein plays an important role in immunosuppression and regulation of anti-tumor activity. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
