Application Notes for anti-CD14 antibody
Western blot was performed using this antibody on proteins (US20170107294). This antibody was used for flow cytometery on fresh human or porcine whole blood (US20170107294) (Thorgersen et al, 2009; pmid:19047409). The biological effect of this antibody on the inflammatory response of piglets was tested (US20170107294). ELISA was performed on C1q and human FcgammaRs using this antibody (US20170107294). Immunofluorescence was performed on both PBMC and whole blood samples using this antibody (Zelnickova et al, 2007; pmid:17720184). Immunofluorescent staining was performed on cardiac and diaphragmatic lung lobes using this antibody (Gucht et al, 2005; pmid:15802956).

Immunofluorescence (IF) of anti-CD14 antibody

Immunofluorescence staining of U937 cells with anti-CD14 antibody MiL2 . Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed U937 cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips stained with the mouse IgG2b version of MiL2 (MBS489048) (1:100 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution), showing membrane and cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show, from left-right, top-bottom, MBS489048, DAPI, merged channels, and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody followed by staining with Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
Anti-CD14 Antibody – Cat# MBS489048

Western Blot (WB) of anti-CD14 antibody

Western blot using anti-CD14 antibody MiL2 . U937 cells lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved via SDS-PAGE, and the subsequent blot was probed with the mouse version of MiL2 (MBS489048) at 1µg/ml before detection using an anti-mouse secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1 hour was used, and proteins were detected by chemiluminescence.
