Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease Free), 0.01% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile dH2O.
Purity/Purification
Highly Purified
Purified by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis shows a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit IgG and anti-rabbit serum.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
