Purified by salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-sheep IgG and anti-sheep serum.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
