ES9-17 (0-100uM; 30 min) inhibits the absorption of lipophilic styrene-based endocytosis tracer (FM4-64) with EC50 of 13uM. ES9-17 (30uM; 30 min) does not not consume the ATP of Arabidopsis cells ES9-17 (30 u M; 30 min) reduces the uptake of transferrin in HeLa cells[1]. ES9-17 targets CHC, regulates the inner membrane transport pathway, and does not cause cytoplasmic acidification [2].
