Working Dilutions:

Flow Cytometry:
FITC and BIOT conjugates: < 1ug/106 cells
PE, APC, SPRD, PE/CY7, APC/CY5.5, and APC/CY7 conjugates:< 0.1ug/106 cells
For flow cytometry, the suggested use of these reagents is in a final volume of 100 ul

ELISA:
AP conjugate: 1:500-1:5,000
HRP conjugate: 1:4000 - 1:8000
