Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.

WB: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant human Apo E3 is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions)
ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml. Using 100ul/well antibody solution. Detects 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human Apo E3.
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-ApoE3 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
