Application Notes for anti-Npy2r antibody
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 32000.
Western Blot: Approx 40+45kDa bands observed in Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 42.6kDa according to NP032757.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml.
Immunoprecipitation: A customer successfully used this product for IP of Human Y2R, but the Human Y2R could not be detected in WB by this antibody.

Western Blot (WB) of anti-Npy2r antibody

(0.1ug/ml) staining of Rat Brain lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-Npy2r antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
