Applications Tested/Suitable for anti-AF9 antibody
Immunohistochemistry (IHC), FLISA, Western Blot (WB)
Application Notes for anti-AF9 antibody
IHC: 1:50-100
FLISA: 1:1,000
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Western Blot (WB) of anti-AF9 antibody

Western blot analysis of AF9 (MLLT3) Antibody (C-term K486) in 293 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). MLLT3(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Rabbit Anti-AF9 Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS6272057

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-AF9 antibody

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
