CEP131/AZ1 Antibody – Rabbit Polyclonal

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Catalog #: MBS3901910

CEP131/AZ1 was originally identified as a transcript that was increased in cells exposed to the demethylating agent, azacytidine. It was found to localize to the pre-acrosome region of spermatids and therefore thought to play a role in spermatogenesis.… More details

Western Blot (WB) of anti-CEP131/AZ1 antibody

Detection of human CEP131/AZ1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 ug for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and HEK293T (T; 50 ug) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CEP131/AZ1 antibody MBS3901910 used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml (A) and 1 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. CEP131/AZ1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CEP131/AZ1 antibodies MBS3901911 and MBS3901912, which recognize downstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 3 seconds (B).
