Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/m Detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Neutralization: 0.46-0.9ug/ml.

If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
