Application Notes for anti-GRO beta antibody
Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hGRO-beta (100.00 ng/ml), a concentration of 0.-1.0ug/ml of this antibody is required.
FLISA (Indirect): 0.5-2.0ug/ml (Using 100ul/well antibody solution). Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hGRO beta.
WB: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, detects 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-GRO beta antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
