The optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user.

IMPORTANT:
For western blot, incubate membrane with diluted primary Ab in 5% w/v milk , 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween20 at 4 degree C with gentle shaking, overnight.

Immunofluorescence (IF) of anti-IRG1 antibody

MBS9608302 staining Hela cells by IF/ICC. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100,then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25 degree C. Samples were then incubated with primary Ab(MBS9608302 1:200) and mouse antibeta tubulin Ab(MBS9610328 1:200) for 1 hour at 37 degree C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) Ab(Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) Ab(Green) were used as the secondary antibody.

UniProt Comments for IRG1

Involved in the inhibition of the inflammatory response. Acts as a negative regulator of the Toll-like receptors (TLRs)-mediated inflammatory innate response by stimulating the tumor necrosis factor alpha-induced protein TNFAIP3 expression via reactive oxygen species (ROS) in LPS-tolerized macrophages. Involved in antimicrobial response of innate immune cells; ACOD1-mediated itaconic acid production contributes to the antimicrobial activity of macrophages. Plays a role in the embryo implantation.
