Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Application Notes for anti-NAP2 antibody
Neutralization: 5-10ug/ml for one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (100ng/ml).
ELISA: 0.5-2.0ug/ml, using 100ul/well. Detection limit: 0.2-0.4ng/well for rhNAP2.
WB: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detection limit: 1.5-3.0ng/lane under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-NAP2 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
