Applications Tested/Suitable for anti-RIP3 antibody
Immunohistochemistry (IHC), FLISA, Western Blot (WB)
Application Notes for anti-RIP3 antibody
IHC: 1:10-1:50
FLISA: 1:1,000
WB: 1:50-1:100
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Western Blot (WB) of anti-RIP3 antibody

Western blot analysis of RIP3 (RIPK3) Antibody (N-term) in Ramos cell line lysates (35ug/lane). RIPK3 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Rabbit Anti-RIP3 Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS6497894

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-RIP3 antibody

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma tissue reacted with RIP3 (RIPK3) antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
