Western Blot (WB) of anti-ROS1 antibody

Western blot analysis of MBS625910 in HL-60 cell lysate. ROS (arrow) was detected using purified Pab. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.
Rabbit Anti-ROS1 Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS625910

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-ROS1 antibody

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with MBS625910, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
