Detection of human SRA by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (20 and 4 ug for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), MCF-7 (7; 20 ug) and HEK293T (T; 20ug). Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SRA antibody MBS3901267 (lot MBS3901267-1) used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml (A) and 1 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate (B). SRA was also immunoprecipitated using rabbit anti-SRA antibody BL2734 at 3 ug/mg lysate. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 5 minutes (A) and 10 seconds (B).
