Western Blot (WB) of anti-TREF1 antibody

Western Blot analysis in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane) usingMBS649623. TREF1 (arrow) was detected usingMBS649623.
Rabbit Anti-TREF1 Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS6358028

Immunofluorescence (IF) of anti-TREF1 antibody

Fluorescent image of MCF-7 cell stained withMBS649623. MCF-7 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20mins), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10mins), then incubated with MBS649623 (1:25, 1hr at 37 degree C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50mins at 37 degree C).Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37 degree C).TREF1 immunoreactivity is localized to Nucleus significantly.
