Immunoprecipitation (IP)
Application Notes for anti-Varp antibody
IP: 6ug/mg lysate

Immunoprecipitation (IP) of anti-Varp antibody

Detection of human Varp by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples:Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Varp antibody MBS3903316 (lot MBS3903316-2) used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. Varp was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Varp antibody MBS3903317. For blotting immunoprecipitated Varp, MBS3903317 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection:Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
