Antigenspecific affinity chromatography followed by Protein A affinity chromatography
Concentration
500ug/mL (lot specific)
Specificity
The antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against WIF1. It has been selected for its ability to recognize WIF1 in immunohistochemical staining and western blotting.
Preparation and Storage
Store at 2 degree C to 8 degree C for frequent use, 20 degree C for 24 months
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

NCBI Summary for WIF1

The protein encoded by this gene functions to inhibit WNT proteins, which are extracellular signaling molecules that play a role in embryonic development. This protein contains a WNT inhibitory factor (WIF) domain and five epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like domains, and is thought to be involved in mesoderm segmentation. This gene functions as a tumor suppressor gene, and has been found to be epigenetically silenced in various cancers. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2010]
