Western Blot (WB) of anti-CEP135 antibody

Western blot analysis of extracts from COLO cells, using CEP135 antibody.
Rabbit Anti-CEP135 Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS9605372

Immunofluorescene (IF) of anti-CEP135 antibody

MBS9605372 staining COLO205 cells by IF/ICC. The sample were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25 degree C. The primary antibody was diluted at 1/200 and incubated with the sample for 1 hour at 37 degree C. An Alexa Fluor 594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody, diluted at 1/600, was used as secondary antibody.

NCBI Summary for CEP135

This gene encodes a centrosomal protein, which acts as a scaffolding protein during early centriole biogenesis, and is also required for centriole-centriole cohesion during interphase. Mutations in this gene are associated with autosomal recessive primary microcephaly-8. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2012]
