Product Categories/Family for anti-RICK antibody

Applications Tested/Suitable for anti-RICK antibody
Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB)
Application Notes for anti-RICK antibody
IHC: 1:50-1:100
ELISA: 1:1,000
WB: 1:100-1:500
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Western Blot (WB) of anti-RICK antibody

Western blot analysis of anti-RIPK2 Pab in mouse cerebellum tissue lysate. RIPK2 (arrow) was detected using purified Pab. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.
Rabbit Anti-RICK Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS6497778

Western Blot (WB) of anti-RICK antibody

Western blot analysis of anti-RIPK2 Pab in Ramos cell line lysates (35ug/lane). RIPK2 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Rabbit Anti-RICK Polyclonal Antibody, Western Blot (WB) – Cat# MBS6497778

Western Blot (WB) of anti-RICK antibody

Western blot analysis of RIPK2 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal RIPK2 Antibody (D474). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the RIPK2 gene.
Rabbit Anti-RICK Polyclonal Antibody, Western Blot (WB) – Cat# MBS6497778

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-RICK antibody

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
