Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-DOK1 antibody

MBS9608095 at 1/100 staining Mouse pancreas tissue by IHC-P. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. The sample was then blocked and incubated with the antibody for 1.5 hours at 22 degree C. An HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit antibody was used as the secondary.

Western Blot (WB) of anti-DOK1 antibody

Western blot analysis of Jurkat whole cell lysates, using DOK1 Antibody. The lane on the left is treated with the antigen-specific peptide.
Rabbit Anti-DOK1 Polyclonal Antibody, Western Blot (WB) – Cat# MBS9608095

Immunofluorescence (IF) of anti-DOK1 antibody

MBS9608095 staining Hela cells by IF/ICC. The sample were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25 degree C. The primary antibody was diluted at 1/200 and incubated with the sample for 1 hour at 37 degree C. An Alexa Fluor 594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody, diluted at 1/600, was used as secondary antibody.

NCBI Summary for DOK1

The protein encoded by this gene is part of a signal transduction pathway downstream of receptor tyrosine kinases. The encoded protein is a scaffold protein that helps form a platform for the assembly of multiprotein signaling complexes. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2016]

UniProt Comments for DOK1

DOK proteins are enzymatically inert adaptor or scaffolding proteins. They provide a docking platform for the assembly of multimolecular signaling complexes. DOK1 appears to be a negative regulator of the insulin signaling pathway. Modulates integrin activation by competing with talin for the same binding site on ITGB3.
