Western Blot (WB) of anti-GABRG1 antibody

Western blot analysis of DZIP3 expression in HEK293T, A431 whole cell lysates.
Rabbit Anti-GABRG1 Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS9430805

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-GABRG1 antibody

Immunohistochemical analysis of GABRG1 staining in human brain formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

NCBI Summary for GABRG1

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the ligand-gated ionic channel family. It is an integral membrane protein and plays an important role in inhibiting neurotransmission by binding to the benzodiazepine receptor and opening an integral chloride channel. This gene is clustered with three other family members on chromosome 4. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
